Kettlebell Conditioning: A Shortcut To Football Success

These days, kettlebell training is grabbing a toehold in the off-season conditioning routines of most major sports. Football is no exception: players are always looking for new ways to maintain their cardio conditioning without expending so much energy that they’re unable to work on sports-specific skills.

Since skill training is far and away more important than general purpose fitness training (at least once adequate fitness levels are achieved), it stands to reason that any workout methodology which demands too much time at the expense of skill training and practice is counterproductive.
