Tutorial One: Stretching Exercises
This tutorial will help you to improve your flexibility, as well as educate you on how to stretch properly. Some of the stretches we will go through in the first part of the Stretching tutorial include, the groin stretch, hamstring stretch and calf stretch.
Stretching is essential in soccer, be sure to undertake these exercises before playing as you will reduce the risk of getting injured.

Tutorial Two: Passing Techniques
Soccer is about teamwork. Teamwork is accomplished via accurate and firm passing techniques. This tutorial will show the different forms of passing that exist in the game of soccer.
Using the different parts of the foot, such as the instep, outside, inside and top areas. Various passing methods can be accomplished, the main thing to focus on is your balance and coordination.

Tutorial Three: Juggling Techniques
Juggling is one of the most entertaining things to do in soccer. Even though it is not an essential skill for the game, it does in fact show the level of control a player has with the ball.
For years, players like Maradona, Pele, Ronaldinho, Tevez, have shown the various tricks that can be accomplished by simply kicking the ball with the lace of the boot. This tutorial shows the simplest of juggling techniques that can be accomplished with just a bit of practice.

Tutorial Four: Footwork Exercises
As the original name of soccer suggests (i.e. football), this game is solely about the techniques that one has with their foot on the ball. In this tutorial, we demonstrate footwork in a still stance as well as in play.
You must not use hands in soccer, unless you are a goalkeeper. We will go through a couple of exercises that you can apply when playing a game, and hopefully put you on the direction to realising your full potential.
